    Just got the "Advanced" tab going in CCE for the first time (never bothered with it before)... wondering if it can take an already wonderful VBR scheme and tweak it even further...

    Problem? It's in Chinese. Well, I mean it's English, but I don't understand what to do with it.

    Basically, all I really want to know is how to bump up bitrates for certain scenes, or hold them down for things that don't matter (like credits)... anyone know of a "plain-English" guide for doing this? Thanks in advance...
