	Download the Google Chrome Browser and GetFLV. Put GetFLV in Safari Kernal Mode. Go to the website and play the video. You might have to close a dialog box, but eventually you will see the video file size at the bottom in GetFLV followed by the video URL. Copy the video url and paste it in your google chrome browser. Right click on the video when it starts playing in the browser and click "Save video As". Finally type the name you would like the video to have.
