I have used this setting in megui
    Code:
    program --pass 2 --bitrate 1000 --stats ".stats" --deblock -1:-1 --keyint 240 --min-keyint 23 --b-pyramid none --ref 5 --qpmin 10 --qpmax 51 --vbv-bufsize 25000 --vbv-maxrate 20000 --me umh --direct auto --trellis 2 --output "output" "input"
Is there any problem in my setting?

  2. Use more bitrate. Don't remove all noise before encoding, deband and add noise if necessary (GradFun3()). Use --aq-strength=1.6, 1.8 or higher. Use 10bit x264 (but you'll have limited playback options).

Those low bitrate artifacts look more like H.265 than H.264. Is the source of high quality, or a low bitrate x265 rip?

  4. And IMHO you need exactly opposite - you need increase deblocking not reduce it as currently there is strong blocking visible.
