Where can i find english dubbed audio packs for tv series?

Hello everyone, i am new here. I don't know if my question is 100% related to what this site promotes, but i am going to try anyways.

I recently acquired Ghost in a shell - Stand alone complex and it is in Japanese with English subtitles. Does anyone know of a website that i can acquire proper English dubbed audio for this series OR another alternative that allows me to have English audio?

I am not tech savvy so i'm looking for a quick fix that doesn't require acquiring the entire tv show with English dubbed audio already included.

Asking about subtitles for a video is OK here and is accepted by most video companies that produce video.
But dubbed audio would be copyrighted by those same companies and considered warez and in violation of our forum rules.
