CBC Olympics Stream

Hello,

I have been trying to figure out a way to rip the following stream:
http://olympics.cbc.ca/video/vod/track-and-field-aug-men-discus-throw-final.html

Digging around the source page, I found the underlying video id:

However upon trying to use an extension to try downloading the video, I find that the stream serves pairs of small fragments of the form

Fragments(video=510253015300000)
Fragments(english=510252375120000)

where the video fragments vary in size with bitrate while the 'english' fragments are all 32kb. Example url are below:

I do not know how to proceed further; how would one go about downloading this stream?

I've managed to get some videos with latest version of ChrisPC VideoTube Downloader Pro:

Anyone else have any lucky with this? Does ChrisPC VideoTube Downloader actually work?
