    looking for encoder that supports vob format and can encode to x265 with he-aac audio in mkv plz and also has constant quality settings settings like handbreak

    ones i tried can't encode audio to he-aac

    HE-AAC removed on HandBrake-0.10.5 so you can use HandBrake-0.10.3 or other encoders like MeGui , Staxrip
