I looked at the manual and found no settings available to adjust the capture resolution or frame rate. The EzRecorder 130 always captures at the same resolution and frame rate as the video it receives, unless the input is 1080p60 or 1080p50. In that case, 1080p60 is recorded as 1080p30 and 1080p50 is recorded as 1080p25.

    The AVerMedia EzRecorder 130 manual lists the following HDMI input resolutions as supported: 480i/576i, 480p/576p, 720p (50 & 60Hz), 1080i (50 & 60Hz), 1080p (50 & 60Hz). Notice that 1080p (25 & 30Hz) is not listed.

Since 1080p (50 & 60Hz) are captured as 1080p (25 & 30Hz), it seems reasonable to expect that 1080p (25 & 30Hz) input could be captured as 1080p (25 & 30Hz) as well, but maybe that is not the case.

All you can do now is report the problem to AVerMedia support and see what they say.
