The 'Subject' DVD appears to have a working all-region hack however, I am unable to implement it. The instructions are as follows:
Create a directory 'RMTM000' with a sub-directory 'SCARLET' containing an empty file 'KPJC19_1.DVD
Use a Hex Editor and set bytes to 17 17 8C 00
Burn 'RMTM0000' directory to a CD-R using ISO 9660 format.
If I create the file 'KPJC19_1.DVD' in a Hex Editor and 'Save as' I can create the file but I am unclear as to what to 'write' to the file? A Hex pair would represent 256 bits / 32-bytes. I presume the '17, 17, 8C and 00 are hex values so is the term bytes being used incorrectly? and what would I actually write to the 'Subject' file?
any help would be greatly appreciated . . . . . .

Try a CD-RW (!) with both options. See which works.
Either
\SCARLET\KPJC19_1.DVD on a disc with volume name RMTM0000
or
\RMTM0000\SCARLET\KPJC19_1.DVD on a disc with whatever volume name.
My bet would be on the first, if it really works.
The KPJC19_1.DVD would be 4 bytes in size.
