Problem Playing MP4

Hi There,
I have been trying to play these video by downloading several video players from the web but sometimes it plays but I don see anything. Not even the audio even when it does seems to be playing. Can anybody recommend me a video player app or a converter. Also have tried to convert the clip from mp4 to any other but it cannot. Here is the info provided by MediaInfo:

ANy help would be great for me. I am no expert in technology but looking forwar to at least manage my own clips.

According to the header analysis by MediaInfo, this file seems to be nice – with the exception of this attribute "IsTruncated"; a reason why it doesn't play might be that the file is incomplete and missing some additional information in the end. I wonder if it is possible to rebuild it using MP4Box (or GUIs using it), or if MKVtoolnixGUI reports any meaningful error trying to remux it to MKV.
