Media Coder not saving WMV files

I am having some problem with Media Coder converting wmv files to MP4.
Every time wmv files save as 32Kb or O bytes file, which of course wont play and there is no thumbnails showing.
Had some problem with other files before they were solved by changing the Profile setting under X264.
So perhaps the problem is the same again profile setting needs changing, I don't know?
