Hello, I'm using a sotware called Evaer to record streaming videocalls, but I found that recordings in .mp4 with X.264 codec are not giving me the smoothest videos, is there an editor I could use to improve the quality of the codec to use with that sofware? Thanks so much

Editing won't help. Capture ability is a byproduct of the machine specs and the codec used. Lower the resolution or try using a different codec.

Or the quality of your internet connection. If you use Wi-Fi use cable.
Lowering the frame rate may also help.
