Difference between two .MOV video with same format

Hi everyone my name is Giovanni i come from Italy and i'm new from this forum.
I explain my problem right away.
In my iPhone I installed an application that can detect a single type of video that is, the type of video MOV.
But the same type of video .MOV recorded by mobile phone is not compatible with this application and I would like to know how to make it compatible.

How can I do to make compatible video incompatible?

Both videos are crap... main difference seem to be profile (Main vs Base), side to this there are differences in container (quicktime vs ISO mp4 - not sure if this is important) and seem different aspect ratio (1:1 vs 16:9).

How can I convert a Base Profile in a Main profile ??

You could try reconvert the video with Handbrake. Use the Normal Profile to get the Main profile(you can also adjust it under the video tab and h264 profile) .

The incompatible video has the high profile.
