Subtitle Workshop FPS problem

Hi,

So I have this software for a long time now and I'm ok with it, but I have some problems while changing the FPS value.

if I try to change the fps, it reset the Num/Show tabs to the value of zeros(00:00:00:000), so I can't properly synchronize the subtitles.

I remember fixing that before but can't remember how...something with "vobsub" or ffdshow.

I need to fix it because of some time delay due to the wrong fps.

ok now with this one I have a different problem

After I sync the subtitles from one line forward it works fine for some lines after that but then with every few lines the delay grows more and more... at the Subtitle Workshop I had the same problem and i thought its an fps problem but here I entered the right fps and yet there is a delay...
