  1. Hello, everyone!
It's been a while since I've converted videos or anything else for that matter. I am now using Factory Format v3.9.0.1 and I have already hit a wall.

I have a .MKV media file I would like to burn to a DVD. It is 1h and 50m playing time, 2.9 GB, 720p resolution and aside from the original audio track it comes with 4 subtitle tracks. I would like to keep it as is in the DVD I'm burning. I have initially tried to convert it to a .VOB media file with the DVD PAL Small option (352x288 video size), and yeah I didn't even bother to check this at first.

As a result I got a terrible quality video, images frozen, barely changing from one frame to the next, and the subs only appeared in english (one of previously four choices) following the images out of sync.

I would like advice on how to do this properly, keeping the video features as they are so I can burn the DVD. I appreciate any and all help given.

It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly
