    I have Xmedia installed on two different PC's. One an i5 with Win 8.1 and the other an i3 with Win 10. On the i3 there is no option for Quick Sync. Other options are different too. On the 8.1 PC I get only two options under "rate control mode", average, variable and a max bitrate option. On the 10 PC I get average,, 2 pass average, constant quality and constant quantizer with no max bitrate option

    It's the same version on both PC's, should there be that much of a difference in options between Win 10 and 8.1?

    I guess you are comparing same video codec? h264?

    Upgraded the Win 8.1 PC to 10 and now the Quick Sync option is not there.
