I have a subtitle file in Chinese characters that I want to hardcode in a Apple ProRes 422. The client is very particular about using Apple ProRes and not sacrificing quality due to the encode. Below are the specs of the original file, how can I go about hardcoding Chinese subtitles on this video and having the same specs as output on a Windows PC? Another issue is that the resolution of the source is 1920x800 which does not conform to the 16:9 spec.
