I cannot download a video file by using ffmpeg

Hi,

I tried to download this kind of video with ffmpeg 64 bit: http://video2.livenews.com.cy/17-06-2016/Exeis_Meson-17-06-2016.ism/Exeis_Meson-17-06-...=138&vend=6956

ffmpeg started to downloading only the audio from this video file. I got the following error:
