DVDDecrypter
Latest version
3.5.4.0 (March 21, 2005) -
I believe Hech is pointing out that DVDDecrypter hasn't been updated in over 11 years. If you have DVDs that were manufactured in the past decade or so, it may not be able to decrypt and rip them.
You may want to check the software section for something more up to date. (I use DVD Fab which has other issues.) -
If you're making DVDs from functional ISO files DVD Decrypter will have no problem reading them. All encryption and obfuscation has already been removed.
But there's no need to burn your ISO files to DVD. Just mount them with a virtual dvd drive like WinCDEmu. Then use whatever software you want to convert.
