There is, on the bottom of the page how to try to fix it. But it is usually on server side problem.

From forum -> Oh please, the system is down for maintenance. Ivan is aware of it.

Their site appears to by up and running at present.
EDIT: No, I was wrong. When trying to do a test purchase, I get the 502 error also.

Apparently just wait a bit longer...

  7. Any opinions on using a C/C to purchase? I'm thinking about renewing from the Life Time License I had with Slyfox.

Best to use paypal since they can't steal your cc numbers when purchasing.

Doesn't appear to be a Paypal option?

I would try Bitcoin before I used my Visa/MC card.

  11. There is no PayPal option and never will. PayPal wouldn't do business with Slysoft and won't with RedFox.

I know nothing about Bitcoin. I'll check it out. Would a prepaid C/C work.

Why? Card numbers won't be stolen, if they are just report it..easy.

And if you are really worried, get a Visa/Mastercard with a $200 limit. Everyone should have one of those.

I've had my Visa card stolen probably 10 times in the last 15 years. I'm a bit more cautious now. Admittedly, no financial loss to me.

I prefer PayPal for most international monetary transactions. But Bitcoin appears to be safer if you are worried about some entity tracking your purchases online.

I've had attempts to make fraudulent purchases with my Master Card and Discover Card. Luckily the purchases sent up a red flag and the C/C companies contacted me. Just last year someone got the needed info to use my AT&T account to purchase a IPhone and several tablets. They ran my account up over $3,500.00. AT&T's fraud department was very helpful getting straitened out.

  16. I finally went ahead and purchased a life time license for AnyDVD HD. Used my credit card and the transaction went right through.
