    It could be genuine. I went to Hauppauge's Singapore website. The Asia-Pacific model is 01369. Hauppauge has a seller listed for China. Contact information is under the China tab here: http://www.hauppauge.com.sg/site/buy/wtb.html You could ask the seller if the AliExpress listing is from his store.
