  1. Hi, I have a m2ts file with Atmos audio (size around 12gb) and i had remuxed the video file to BDMV and CERTIFICATE Folder by using TSMUXER
The original resolution of the video file is 1920 X 800.
I have tried to put the BDMV and Certificate Folder to BD-Rebuilder (by opening the file in "source" button) to create 25gb BD disc but BD-Rebuilder won't re-encode the video and output the same file size at 12gb. The Atmos audio can be detected by using this method.
May I know how to force BD-Rebuilder to re-encode the video resolution to 1920 X 1080p.
Do I have to insert "FORCE_NOENCODE=0" in the BDREBUILDER.INI?
I have tried to use "IMPORT MKV,TS..." button in BD-REBUILDER, it will re-encode the video but won't detect the Atmos audio stream.

    Thanks for the reply.

Use the import mkv,ts and reconvert in bdrebuilder without atmost audio.
Then after use tsmuxer to mux the old m2ts atmos audio and the new video m2ts and make a new bdmv.

    Or wont it work?

  3. Dear Baldrick,

I have tried to use "Import, ts" but after re-encoding, the size of the video without sound will be around 22gb and the Atmos Audio Stream wont' fit in to the 25gb Disc.
The Atmos stream alone is 4-5gb. For using the "Import" method, the BD-REBUILDER will remux the original M2ts file to MKV first, then re-encode the video. MKV cannot support the ATMOS audio stream with ext "THD-AC3" (Bluray format), MKV only support ATMOS audio stream with ext "THD" only.

May I know whether i can set up BD-Rebuilder to re-encode the video by inserting FORCE_NOENCODE=0 in REBUILDER.INI as suggested?

    Thanks.

I have no idea if the force_noencode works. But try and report back how it works.

And you can change the output size. Settings->Setup. Change the Custom target size. Last change Settings->Output options->Custom target size.
