Is it possible to change the srt playback text font color of all text with one command with some free subtitle editor? I can find no automated way in Subtitle Edit of setting the color for every subtitle in the file. The need is for a video file with hard subs and I want to overlay contrasting soft subs in a different language in the same display area.
Thanks, john.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Hi,
In Subtitle workshop, choose all subtitles and then click on palete and choose color. It should work.
Or you can do it in Settings -> Video preview -> Subtitles. But I think this way it could be overwritten by videoplayer subtitles settings.
