  1. Hello, dear all.

I'm using VLC and PotPlayer on my videos here.

But, I don't know why, when I play videos using VLC, the images appears like that below:

Name:	2.jpg
Views:	552
Size:	209.1 KB
ID:	37210

When I open using PotPlayer, the images are processed much more "normal" and without any strange colours:

Name:	1.jpg
Views:	452
Size:	241.9 KB
ID:	37211

The problem is not the video itself. If I do more tests using other files, the results are the same.

I think is some settings on VLC engine. Potplayer appears alright.

Do you know how to set VLC properly in a way that the strange colours on the images do not appear anymore?

    Thanks for the tips!

    Best regards.

VLC is not decoding the blue channel properly. What does MediaInfo say about your video file?

I did that and it seems work here! I need more tests to see if the problems are solved for good.

I have found some tips that can help too!

I know I've seen a bug in VLC a few times where the chroma picture is shifted a few pixels to the right in relation to the luma. Leaving a strip of black and white on the left. Restarting VLC fixes it. It's been there for years and yet to be fixed.
