Shoulder Rig Suggestions

I been trying to look for a Shoulder Rig. Had been borrowing one sparingly, but a recent shoulder injury had made it quite painful after a full day of shooting.

Do anyone know if there is a shoulder rig that distribute the load off both shoulders? Most I have seen is just off one shoulder...

If I can't find one, and decide to build one to fit my handicap, what kind of problem of operating a 2 shoulder Shoulder-Rig, should I be expecting.... It's prob a little unwieldy...
