  1. Hi

    Unfortunately in my county we have a condition that every one who has a video player witch is able stream has to pay radio taxes. So my question is, do you know any player who are not able to play streams? Thanks for any suggestions.

    If you still have a 32bit OS, you might could use Microsoft's old MCI-based mplay32.exe. But it is severely restricted: it supports only MCI & VFW architectures, so in addition to not supporting streaming, there are a great deal (majority) of codecs that it doesn't support. And it's a kludge getting it to work on Win7, much less anything higher.

    I suggest you find a way to pay the tax.

    play streams ..i'm confused by what you mean

    do you meant 'recieve internet streams' like youtube etc..

    or do you mean, be able to stream out over a network ? {which is what i think a 'radio tax' would be for}

    Just turn off the streaming service by unplugging your video device from the internet,problem solved.
