  1. I use MP4Box GUI to join two mp4 clips
    but the audio streams are separated in two different tracks .
    How can I join the clips correctly ?

    Under the Join tab in Mymp4boxgui just click Add to your load your clips. Click Save as and choose a file name. Click Join.

    But I guess you did that? So it's probably a bug in mymp4boxgui...and it will probably never be fixed.


    You could then try join with mp4joiner or avidemux (file->open for first video, file->append for the other video, choose video: copy, audio: copy, format: mp4 muxer and last file->save).
