    it appears sometimes in the video

  2. I didn't see "his" hand anywhere in the clip. And I didn't see any stuttering. I think the video has dot crawl artifacts that have been upscaled from SD to HD.

    If by 'stutter' you mean the nasty dot crawl, then you have not only a different understanding but an incorrect one. You might try a dot crawl filter such as Checkmate:

    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/External_filters#Rainbow_.26_Dot_Crawl_Removal

    You might also want to bring the framerate down from 120fps.

  5. Regular dot crawl filters probably won't work unless you undo the upscale and go back to the original frame rate.
