  1. My computer didn't come with a Windows 7 cd so if I want to reinstall it, how do I do that?
There is a code on the bottom of the computer but nothing else.

Usually, the first time you turn on the new computer you get an option to create a back-up CD/DVD.

Even ignoring that, there should be a hidden folder on the HDD which has the installation files. Unless you have since formatted the drive.........

Will that MS version of Windows 7 work with an OEM key? I guess it's worth a try,
if not the PC manufacturer should be able to provide the media.

  7. If you're sure you can't reinstall the system from the recovery partition, you can use this program: https://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/67-microsoft-windows-iso-download-tool to download image (iso) of Window version you need and then "burn" it to DVD/pendrive (using for example Rufus) and then install it to your hard drive. But before BACKUP all personal data from your old system/partitions - docs, photos, movies, music etc. plus even Program Files folders and your USER folders. Read about it all first - there is tons of info online.
