    Hi there,

    Trying to pull this video:

    I don't know anything about downloading flash, does anyone have a solution?

    The easiest way is using Internet Download Manager (IDM).

    Alternatively, you could use the AdobeHDS script (you need to get the f4m manifest using a network sniffer):

    php AdobeHDS.php --manifest "http://cf.c.ooyala.com/IxM3VhMjE6xTenwUUNOMdwvmpCFkdV7U/IxM3VhMjE6xTenwUUNOMdwvmpCFkdV7U_3.f4m" --delete
