I have a DivX movie with 24 fps. How can I convert this to (S)VCD ?
(I have tried the following with no lock (sound out of sync)):

24fps is possibly actually 23.97fps (dont trust file-properties under win2k/XP, open the file in virtualdub to check). In that case it is a NTSCFilm format, so select the relevant template in TmpGenc. If you cannot handle NTSC playback on your DVD/TV then you will have to convert it to PAL. This is a long and difficult process but can be done, see the Howto's for details.
