I have successfully captured a 12 min video from my Hi-8 camera... Im using ATI All in wonder 7500 radeon. I did not drop any frames at all using trial version of Ulead's Movie Studio 6. Captured the movie on 352 x 240 ... when i created the VCD disk and played in on my home theater system i noticed that the quality is not good.. its is very pixelly i may say....
I need some advice on what to do with this situation.. Im just playing around with this movie clip till i get a good result.... should i capture it in a higher reslution?
I have adobe premier 6.02 but not really familiar on how to use it .. should i capture it using that software ?
need advice ..
thanks
