What is the best DLNA media server? I use Mezzo and it doesn't always show up on my PS3.

Thank you for your quick response. What I'm trying to do is "cut the cord" to cable and just have a high speed internet connection. Is there some app that goes from my computer to my TV? I have tried Universal Media Server in the past and didn't have much luck. That was a few months ago. Is it better now?

That surprises me I have never had it "not show up" on any devices in the last four or five years. The first two of those years were with a PS3.

Have you contacted Mezzmo's customer support? Their support is awesome.

If you've paid for it, it might be worth the wait for a couple of days when Mezzmo 5 comes out. I have been Beta testing it since December and it seems generally better and more stable than v4.1.3.

I don't use a PS3, but my I sometimes have issues with my HDTV and Seagate media player. It's probably an IP conflict as discussed in this thread http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread.php/6018-PS3-won-t-find-Mezzmo-as-a-media-server, both devices are set to dynamic IP. A restart of Mezzmo solves the issue.
