I have a CCTV camera mounted on a support structure where that structure vibrates at a constant 50Hz (mains frequency).
I cannot relocate the camera to a stable support structure.
Is there any way that I can apply a 50Hz filter to remove the vibration from the video clips? How to implement this?

If it's a CMOS CCTV camera, you're going to get more than x,y translation issues - you will get a "jello" wobble which is very difficult to fix properly
Posting a sample video might help -
Plus, the vibration cycle may not translate exactly to a simple x,y translation anyway, as there could be multiple levels of lag, dampening, harmonics, resonant frequencies, intermodulation. And the vibration probably would be in 3D space, so you have x, y, and z types of motion as well as possible rotational influences.
