Ezcap usb2116 video capture problem.

I purchased Ezcap usb2116 video capture.I installed driver and capture software Arcsoft according to instructions with this product.But when I started capturing from vcr vhs tapes the video was playing with stoping again and again. while these vhs plays properly on led tv screen via vcr.I checked this device on power director and honestech capture softwres also .Problem is same video stops during play on capturing screen.Vcr plays the vhs tape properly.Problem is with Ezcap.My pc system is Intel dh55tc motherboard 4gb kingston ddr3 ram and dell led24inch with vga dvi and hdmi ports.How this problen can be solved.
