    Hello I have the Philips BDP2110 Blu-ray player, can anyone tell me if I update the firmware to V1.12 will the region free hack still work?

    if your player is 'region free' right now

    then leave it alone, do NOT update

    I update the firmware to V1.12 & can confirm it was still region free.
