I have a WinTV capture card, and I can't seem to get the same channels in the same resolution as my TV. The TV is hooked up with RCA cables from the VCR, which gets its signal through a coax going into the wall. I've tried everything, hooking up WinTV into the wall jack, hooking it up through the VCR, etc... and I can't seem to get a good picture!!! Can anyone help me????

You've either got a faulty tuner module or you need and amplifier for your aerial. You are using an external roof top aerial? Not splitting the aerial and not using a destop portable one? Please provide more details. Try through video inputs. Your TV or VCR has a stronger receiver. Also if you are unlucky your PC could be generating a lot of interference.
