    I want them to be enable whenever the user wants

    2 Position

    I want some lines to be on the bottom and the rest on top

    If these are possible can you tell me which programs i have to use and the order... THANKS

    Both are possible. As I mentioned in your other thread. Make your subs first as SSA followed by conversion to SST or SON in MaestroSBT for use in an authoring program

    is there any way to start new subs from maestro or the only way is to convert them from ssa

    No, it doesn't create subs but only converts them to a number of different DVD subtitle formats from SSA input.
