Hi all! I am ripping an Asian film from a DVD image. The film is from 2002, Singaporean. I'm pretty sure it's NTSC.
When checking for duplicate frame rates I realised that there is a duplicate frame rate every 15 frames.
I've only come across every 5 before and the fix for that is to set the constant frame rate to 23.976.
What do I do with this?!![]()

What happens if you choose ntsc and test convert? Jumpy playback?
Do you have a short sample from the dvd?
