ok, i give up. i tried google searches but can't seem to find the name of this athlete anywhere.

I thought it might be Relando or Relanda or Relanfa etc., but can't find anything.

Does anyone know or have a better way to search for it ?

That was not in the twitter link I posted earlier. And when I go to that twitter via the https://twitter.com/flotrack webpage, there are no entries or as they say, tweets, for that tweet entry. But, when I click on the link in my first post, there are some entries. And when go back to the tweet on flotrack, there are no tweet entries. So confusing. I still don't get the whole "twitter" thing and how it all works. I don't have a twitter account. I just like to read them though sometimes I get confused when reading some of them. Anyway.
