    Is there a recommended software or method for trying to achieve the following: a reversing back to PAL an show converted to NTSC in analog format?

    Post a short sample that includes movement, preferably. It can usually be converted back to PAL with avisynth.

    Yes, there are many methods of converting back. The best method depends on how the video was converted from PAL to NTSC.
