I'm trying to convert a movie off the net,K-PAX.It is in AVI format. When I play it as an AVI on the computer it plays perfect.I run the audio through Virtual Dub and save it as a WAV file.I then use TMPGEnc to encode the video(adding the wav for audio)using the NSTC film template, high quality as the video setting. When I watch the finished MPEG file on the computer it plays great, once in awhile the video is a little jittery but nothing dramatic. Then I burn the MPEG to CD using Nero. When I play the finished VCD in my standalone DVD player the audio sometimes gets out of sync.It usually corrects its self after 1 or 2 minutes,or sometimes if I fast forward or rewind the disc it will return to normal sync.I'm using the latest versions of all the software.Any ideas?
