    I need to create a new template for video editing and cannot find the MPEG specifications anywhere on the WEB. Is there anybody can give me a lead?

    there are two MPG standards. MPG-1 is 24 bit 352X240 pixels at 29.97 fps video data rate 1150kbs audio data rate 224kbs. MPG-2 is 24 bit 720x480 at 29.97 fps, video data rate 9800kbs, audio data rate 96-384 kbs. These are the standard specs. for NTSC video.
