Hi, hopefully someone can help me! I'll explain what I need to do:
I need to take a movie and convert it to audio. This is simple enough... But what I also want to do is somehow automatically cut the movie up into sections based on the subtitles. (Or perhaps just a time based cut for instance every 10 seconds)
The result I would like to have is lots of cut audio clips from the movie which have the text from the subtitle attached to them somehow (metadata or perhaps simply as the filename) all must be timecoded as per the subtitle!
Can anyone point me in the direction of anywhere this may be possible?
Thank you!

It wont be simple. I don't know any editor that both can cut the audio and subtitles at exact same position.
You could cut the audio first and then spend hours with for example subtitle edit to cut up the subs for each audio file.
