Audio problem after upload to Youtube/Facebook

Hi

My video's audio is distorted (like robotic sound) after uploaded to Youtube (work perfectly if play in desktop, but problem in mobile) and Facebook.
It's my first time having this problem.
Wondering what is the problem?

I tested by uploading the 20160327kaishi 21handbrake.mp4 to YouTube and there's nothing wrong with the audio.

That's very nice of you.
Here is the full version of the video, no problem if you play it in desktop.
But audio has problem if you play it with phone (I am using iPhone, you can see in the comment, another user also reported "no sound" )

I don't have a phone so someone else will have to test that. You originally said the audio got distorted after being uploaded to YouTube and I didn't have that problem myself. I tested back by playing on the computer.

YouTube offers a number of different formats. It seems like some versions have broken sound (very quiet and distorted) and these are served to your iPhone but not to your desktop. Using youtube-dl they are the 3gp versions (numbers 17 and 36 in the format list). Try to report the problem to youtube. In the mean time maybe you can try to re-upload using a different format and see if it works. e.g.:

Your attempt to make fake stereo from a mono track by inverting one channel is the problem.

Selecting only one of the channels (in case the recording software does not allow avoiding the problem in the first place):
ffmpeg -i "20160327kaishi-21handbrake.mp4" -c:v copy -map_channel 0.1.0 -c:a flac "output.mkv"

Hey, I am having the exact same problem. I'm not sure why but I can't figure out how you solved it based on the other comments. What am I missing? Also where do I fix this? Premiere pro? Handbrake? Thanks so much!
