  1. Hi Everyone:
I have the Diamond MultiMedia (TVW750U) Capture Card, and it orginally came with Total Media 3.5, and it worked flawless for me.. Well I forgot to save my registration number and since Arcsoft no longer makes it, I am looking to buy a new piece of Software that will Work for Capturing my video from my VCR to My Computer. Not interested (Yet) in the free stuff, but if nothing else works then i will.

Any suggestions as to what software that i could buy/Demo?

    Thanks
    Randy

You have not provided any system details. Analog capture/editing software has minimum system requirements for hardware (especially the CPU) and the OS. You may get better suggestions if you provide that information.

Also, what features are you looking for? DVD-compatible video and audio capture? H.264 video and AAC audio capture in an MP4 container? A duration timer?

It's not important the problem be solved, only that the blame for the mistake is assigned correctly

Most popular free capture software is Virtualdub.
