This file was a streaming audio from Chrome, I lost connection, and need to get the rest of the audio from this file back. When I view it in the hex editor, this is the top section:
(I'll call this "A")

And at the end there is a lot of this:
(I'll call this "C")

Now, I've submitted the temp file to an online site (Video repair tool) that actually recovered less than 10 seconds of the file, but cannot recover any more. I am assuming that the first piece that was recoverable was "A", the reason it cant get the rest is "B", and the reason that the file is damaged is "C", (Moov atom not found with ffmpeg).
Can this file be edited with a hex editor to recover as much audio from it as possible in it's current state? If so, what is what with the description I have given if it even helps my cause at all. I'm sure I would have to take the header from a good file and place it, but I have no idea where to even begin with this project.
I would upload the actual temp file, but the site won't allow me, since it is an invalid file, I would not know what to do with it unless I zipped it.
Sincerely,
Miklos

No. The only recoverable part MIGHT be "A" (if you're lucky).
