I downloaded some video files but were encoded in this really weird format called mpeg audio.
When i was going to burn using nero(forgot which version, i'm not using my compy now so i can't check), there was a pop-up msg saying that my file isn't video compliant so do i wanna re-encode it or turn off the compliance. I decided to re-encode it, but it didn't work and the nero report printout said that my compy had not enough memory.
Is there any way or any program for me to re-encode my video files? And what kind of cd will i get if i turn off the compliance and just burn the non-compliant vcd? will i even be able to play anything on my compy??
PLease ANSWER!!! thanks!
