You are probably using the wrong playlist or those tools only support playlists with only one m2ts file in them.
The mediainfo output indicates that:
a. the duration of the playlist should be 1h 53min.

I have also Point Break. I have converted that title without problem to SBS.

Also, does the log tells something special, such as a problem reported by tsMuxeR during the demux process?
What are the sizes of the .264 and .mvc streams on disc, after the demux?

You haven't replied to my questions. I can't help. The AVS script is useless for me. I repeat:
Can you confirm that you see the same thing? What decrypter do you use? AnyDVD HD?
Also, does the log tells something special, such as a problem reported by tsMuxeR during the demux process?
What are the sizes of the .264 and .mvc streams on disc, after the demux?
And yes, Vista should be OK, although you are probably the only one still using the most crappy OS ever !
