We are planning to get our church services live in Youtube. We capture the video using the video camera Canon VIXIA HF G20 which gives a HDMI out. We are also buying a good Desktop PC (i7, 8GB, Quad Core). We have a reasonably good speed internet. My question is which hardware I need to buy to get the HDMI out from the camera into the PC (Windows). Can you please suggest?

Thank you smrpix. Blackmagic Design DeckLink Mini Recorder is also suggested buy someone else. Blackmagic seems to be the right device. Have you personally used any of these? I also need to look for the review. Just waiting for any other options that may be around. Thanks.

I used the BLackmagic Intensity Shuttle to thunderbolt on a Mac to Livestream a program for the New York Times. Similar setup to yours using YouTube streaming. Rock solid.
I have no doubt the internal and USB versions are just as good. -
That gives me so much of confidence in Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle as you used it, only thing is mine will be USB 3.0 version in Windows. Hope that shouldn't matter. Thanks.
