Hi,
I need to slow down or speed up mp3s and to be able to record them at the new speed.
I tried with audacity I found how to set the tempo but I do not know how to record it at the new speed.
I've googled on how to do it in audacity but couldn't find any magic solution. I'm thinking now that maybe it's not available in audacity (I would be surprised but you never know).
What would be an easy way, I can use something else than audacity.
Many thanks

Record? Or export? You can export anything you can import, after having filtered it however you like.

Thank you for your answers,
I meant export, as in I have the mp3 already recorded and I need to change the speed. I found the playback tempo (sorry I forgot how it's called exactly) in the left upper part but if I do that it will only change the playback rate.
My question is how can I export/save it with the new playback rate.
Thank you -
No, Change tempo is a true resampling time stretch, rendering the output the same samplerate as the input (though with longer/shorter tempo/length). So just do EXPORT, as suggested.
